This customer resides in a high-rise studio apartment right in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Recognizing a profound need for bedroom privacy, especially when guests are present, he reached out to us at Valley Repairs and Renovations to help frame out his bedroom space. To meet these needs directly, we utilized concrete nails and PL to securely fix the studs into the building’s structure. This accomplished, we moved on to erecting the inner web and framing out area for the door. Now, all that’s left for this customer’s bedroom space to come to life are a door, drywall, and a touch of paint.
