For a recent project, Valley Repairs and Renovations had the opportunity to work in the heart of Chandler. Our client required us to install a large, triple casement Pella window. The task started with framing out the new window opening. From there, we incorporated a layer of flashing tape to waterproof our client’s new Window Installation, ensuring proper drainage. Once the waterproofing stage was complete, we installed screws around the flanges to secure the window. To finish off, a meticulous application of Tyvek tape was done around the flange.
